3/7: 4:00 during low impact, sweatty HIIT
3/8: none, but see pushups below!
3/9: none again (intense lower body workout)
3/10: 3:00 during HIIT
3/11: 4:00 (ups&downs)
3/12: 6:00 (HIIT and some on top)
3/13: 4:00 during Tabata
3/14: 5:30 (only static planks)
3/15: 4:00 (or more), during Epic 1, because I replaced some pushups by planks 🤫
3/16: 4:00 or more (workout + on my own, l8r)
3/17: 2:00, roughly (during video workout)
3/18: none
3/19: 2:00 or so, during Epic + 4:00 on my own
3/20: 4:00, with Rachel Gulotta (I thought I posted yesterday 😯)

3/25: 7:00 (!) Did a video workout, but had to modify a bit and do the lateral planks sooner 😊🤫
3/26: 5:00 with Caroline Girvan
3/27: probably 2:00 during strenght (epic) workout
3/28: I counted the planks at the end of a hard workout. Looks like I did 6:00 or more. They felt shorter, but maybe the consistency over the last year is paying off 😄

and did a plank instead of handstand at the end. So def. 5:00 alltogether. The lower body isometrics were hard, except for wall sit. So I might work more on that next month.
I could go for a PR in terms of minutes per month, but I will probably stop at:

3/29: Came across this the 20 min of isometrics with growingannanas. The lower body isometrics were hard, except for wall sit. So I might work more on that next month. Planks: 5:00
