@lesdarts180 My heartfelt condolences for your loss. I hope you have more people to hug and try and console you.

    Height: 176 cm
    Heaviest weight: 98.9 kg
    Total Weight lost: 35 kg
Time it took to lose: 12 months
How long in maintenance: Since April 2016 - but gained 10 kg March-May 2020 after massive trauma combined with COVID-19.
Maintenance weight range: 65-75 kg (not sure what’s the right answer - been up and down in there numerous times in my life, apart from going way over 2010-2015).
I’d like to lose a bit to get back to 70 kg, but I’m still happy at around 75 kg.

I’m experimenting with seeing how my satiety levels are in relation to the types of foods I eat. Trying to eat more whole foods, which I’ve been getting pretty good at, and less sugar, and it’s going quite well.
Weekly averages checking day for me is Sunday.

    Struggles:
    A very good week.

    Successes:
Trending down a bit so that's good, and although it's probably due to being away and using a different scale, I'll take it. 🙂

HEAVIEST weight: 175.4 in early 2013.
    Total Weight lost: 30 pounds
Time it took to lose: ~6 months
How long in maintenance: Since July 2018 -- but with some fluctuation outside of goal range.
    Maintenance weight range:
    Ideally 142 - 148
    Absolutely 140-150

(and STILL not sure those are the right answers)

Average weight recorded from 2017 (12 months): 163.8
Average weight recorded from 2018 (12 months): 150.7
Average weight recorded from 2019 (12 months): 144.8

Average weight recorded from January 2021: 154.1 (!!!)
Average weight recorded from February 2021: 154.8 (!!!)

    Average weight Week of...
    March 1 - 7 ............... 153.3

    March 22 - 24 ............. 152.7
    March 25 - 28 .............
    March 29 - April 4 ........

Success of the week: Slowly convincing my body to get back into compliance with being a mass that is in my maintenance range. Less than three pounds to go, and now less than ten pounds from the bottom of my maintenance range.

Struggle of the week: Also a success because I recognized it and didn't give in to the struggle: I noticed I was not hungry in the least, and yet I wanted to eat. Boy howdy did I want to eat. But my brain took over and said, "Don't do it."

Success: Celebrated St. Pat's day, had beer and Shepard Pie and it didn't move the scale. It was at home with my husband so I split the beer and I made the Shepard Pie so knew exactly what was in and was able to eat the right proportion.

Struggle: An easy week, I did have to remind myself of the reasons not to break in the candy in the freezer - weight gain, too much sugar disturbs my sleep, and I wouldn't eat the veggies as I should, and I would plain not feel as good. It is amazing how it still can be a temptation.

    Maintenance range: 75kg (+/- 2.5 kg) - but we'll see, maybe a bit lower.

    Weight lost: 86kg to 80 kg (January-August 2012); 85 kg to 69 kg (October 2014 - March 2016); 88kg to present weight (May 2020 - now)
maintained (i.e. was below 77.5 kg, and mostly below 75 kg) from February 2015-July 2017; was then put on a medication and gained 2 kg in a month; went on sabbatical (away from scales; lots of conference meals); hit (peri-)menopause and lost track of things except to note that I was steadily gaining and back to 85/86 kg.
Lost to 81 kg at Easter 2020 (top of normal bmi for me), but then gained back to 88 kg in April/May (Easter egg binge; lock down closed the pool...).
    Average weight October 2014 - September 2015: 75.72 kg
    Average weight October 2015 - September 2016: 72.33 kg
Average weight October 2016 - September 2017: 76.82 kg - monthly average mostly within maintenance range (74.82 - 77.86 kg) for the first 10 months, then >79 kg in August and September
    Average weight October 2017 - March 2018: 80.90 kg
    April 2018-April 2020: no data
    Average weight 22 May - 31 December 2020: 80.83 kg

Average weight recorded for May 2020 (22.-31.5.2020): 87.15 kg
Average weight recorded for June 2020: 85.31 kg
Average weight recorded for July 2020: 83.12 kg

Average weight recorded for January 2021: 76.06 kg
Average weight recorded for February 2021: 76.91 kg

Weight / seven day rolling average:
    2 March: 76.0 kg (168 lb) / rolling 7-day average 76.37 kg
    9 March: 75.5 kg (166 lb) / rolling 7-day average 75.80 kg
    16 March: 75.2 kg (166 lb) / rolling 7-day average 75.20 kg
    23 March: 74.5 kg (164 lb) / rolling 7-day average 75.21 kg
    30 March:

Average weight recorded for March 2021 currently: 75.47 kg

Successes: Today my monthly average dropped below 75.4 kg, which is what I wsa hoping for by the end of the month, and there's still a week to go.

Struggles: My husband is on holiday this week so he's at home, and we sometimes have differing ideas of what to eat during the day! We'll work it out though.

Reflection: I currently have a good routine of exercise combining BodyFit by Amy Athletic Club and rowing. April is focusing on abs and I really hope it might help to shift some of that lower belly bulge!

    March 5 - 55.1kg
    March 12 - 56.2kg
    March 19 - 55.4kg
    March 26 - 56.6kg

Struggle/Success: "Things have settled down for me, not stressing about trying to fit everything in - ie yoga, walking, etc." - that was last week. This week was a train wreck. Nothing emotional, just no motivation, super lazy and caught up in eating carbs. Could it be the colder weather and shorter days?

    March 13: 160.2 !!!
    March 20: 161.7
    March 27: 160.7 :)

Success: Kept to my plan of allowing extra calories on the weekend but still logging them and banking those extra calories during the weekdays. Also, back on the water with rowing - was able to row both Friday and Sunday this week and am scheduled for tomorrow. I definitely feel it in my glutes! Which is an area I need to work on. I ran my butt off running - literally! 😄. Extra good news this week: due to a computer glitch I was invited to schedule my vaccine early. I was surprised when I got the notification (even thought it might be a scam) but thought perhaps they realized they could move the timing up because they had more vaccine than they had expected. A couple of hours after I had secured the appointment, they told me it was a mistake, but that they would honor the appointment anyway. It felt like scoring the "Bank Error in your Favor" in Monopoly! So giddy and happy to get the vaccine. It's scheduled for 4/1.

Struggles: Honestly, it's been a good week. Can't complain.

Struggle of the week: Still working on telling my brain not to look at food as comfort when I'm not hungry.

Binged out last Tuesday so a big bloated weigh in brought my trend way up but I’m mostly back in line with where I was before. Getting back into your normal habits is the best thing you can do, don’t overcompensate as it just increase likelihood of cycling. Even massive overages on one or two days can be minimized with consistency
Starting to see more weigh ins than not back in my range. Still want to get a little lower in my range. But I also might be more muscular now than when I set up the range so it might be time to up the range.

Success of the week: Continuing a slow decrease back to my maintenance range. About two pounds to go. It's possible I'll get back near the bottom of that range, too, but that's still ten pounds away.

Right there with you. You got this!
