By golly my summer is soo dang busy... another long counseling session again w/the kids. Progress, maybe... sigh...
When there are multiple kids do all of them ever think no one is Mom's favorite.
I did 62 minutes of the wii fit.. did the yoga, cardio & strength. Attempted the balance games. Let me state attempted the balance games.

Barb ~ way to go on the Wii! you're rockin' it! I am horrible at balancing...too top heavy :bigsmile: but I think if you keep at it, it gets better...and it is sooo very good for your core...aka, my spare tire(s)
heading out to clean some cars interiors..then gotta take son's car to the shop...hoping to get some fresh veggies on the run.

Good Afternoon Pepper's,
Well came in late today (had dr. appt.), so lots to do. Staying within calories got my 30 min walk today. Eating fruits and veggies. Says on that sight Kelly I need 116 ounces of water today, or 3.5 liters. so going to try to drink that.
