Hi, my name is Hollie and I am a 56 yo lady that needs to loose a LOT of weight. I have been using MFP tracking my food now for three weeks. I have lost almost 7 pounds. Today is the first day I have really looked at these boards. I am not completely sure how to navigate them to best fit my needs. I am looking for a community to find "my peeps". I have done WW in the past with some success but I always end up quitting. I promised myself no quitting this time no matter what. My husband is supportive and has also joined MFP so it's nice to have a partner with the same health goals. Please let me know anything that you have done or are doing now to be successful with using this app and these boards. Thanks in advance for spending the time reading this post. Have a great week!
