Well I started this endeavor at 199, now I’m 193, the app says I’ve only lost 2 pounds. Thought I’d Try making this note and connecting with other people.

I'm 65, hanging around maintaining weight, after losing from obese to healthy weight back in 2015-16, when I was 59-60.
Whether 2 pounds per the app, or 7 pounds, you're making progress. That's great! Weight management is a permanent thing, not a race to "it's over", IMO.
