What's your favorite thing to blow your calories on? I earned a bunch of exercise calories today, so i thought i'd blow a bunch of calories on taco bell and ya know what? After adding up all the stuff i would ever want to stuff my face with it's only less than 900! I think the best calorie-to-getting-full ratio goes to taco bell on this one. Wow. To get full at Sonic i'd be looking at 2,000 cals. Easy

IHOP. I specifically save and earn extra calories for a weekend trip to IHOP for breakfast. It makes me happy.0

Lou's - it's a drive-in restaurant in Peoria, IL. OMG - Delish!!! Pineapple shake and double cheeseburger or chili cheese dog basket. It is only open in the summer. I am so using extra calories next Saturday, it's the last day for the season.0

I hate to say this, but I eat soft taco's a lot. In fact, I ate them 2 times a week and still lost 18 lbs... SO... I'm all for the moderation method, that's how I've been losing. I've always said if I had to restrict I'd binge, and I did for the longest time, so now... I eat in moderation the foods I love and it has worked very well for me. ::shrugs:: and well... Taco Bell is pretty yummy.0

I save mine for Jaffa Cakes after dinner or before bed. I like to be a bit under my goal though - incase I have miscalculated. Sometimes I work out really hard for pudding.0

This is one days awesome meal:
Breakfast - Tim Hortons Small Iced Capp & Everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese
Lunch: 2 Slices of cold pizza from the night before and 2 Little Caesars crazy bread (LOVE crazy bread)
Supper: McDonalds Big Mac combo meal
Snacks: 1 walmart cupcake, a small bag of maynards fuzzy peaches, and a bowl of assorted chips (I actually opened 3 different bags, luckily the kids finished off the 3 bags within the week).
This kind of day only happens once every month or so....but I do make sure I have enough calories everyday to have my iced capp, a small bowl of chips or some other snack. To me, I would rather be able to have my cake and eat it too while STILL loosing weight.0 -
Chili's!! I LOVE CHILI'S! Their ribs are so yummy and the little slider burgers... oh man. Crispy onion rings. Honey chipotle crispy chicken fingers... ~~
I can't wait to pig out
Edit: oops, I think I missed the point. This would definitely be over my calorie goal. But if I were to have a cheat meal, it would be at Chili's.0 -
Rice Krispie squares. They're my weird sugary weakness.
And sushi. The bad kind, with spicy mayo and tempura and stuff.
And every couple of weeks, I eat sirloin Oscar and truffled mac and cheese with wasabi mashed potatoes and a fancy flavoured martini or some wine with my best friend.0 -
Taco Bell is GREAT when you're paying attention to your calories, especially if you don't like their (or most) cheese like me. Fresco style is my friend.0

Well to be fair, you can't count calories and eat whatever you want. You can eat what you want, but within limits. For example I've been dying for those Cheesecake Factory French toast since I took a bite off my son's plate. But at 1300 calories a plate, I'm just not having any (yeah, I suppose I could eat half, but I'd probably be hungry 2 hours later).
We go out a couple times a month and I have some 500 calories meals at Applebee's or Cheesecake Factory though. Two weeks ago I got a Rita's frozen custard (but the light kind, so only 300 calories, and it was delicious and totally filled me up). I have taco bell occasionally (fresco tacos, I guess at 150 calories each it's not a huge deal anyway). Ice cream cones (we use Breyer's, so like 120 calories total). Last week I had two slices of a large sausage/green peppers pizza.
I think I've only gone over my goal once... I had saved 900 calories for dinner (I was hungry all day, it sucked), and I got mini crab cakes, some salmon with veggies, and a small lime tart at a delicious restaurant. I know the dessert was less than 300 calories, but I don't know about the rest, and it might still have been under 900 calories anyway.
Honestly the best advice I can give... if you're going to blow a lot of calories on a 'cheat meal', do it at breakfast or at lunch. You won't be starving all day saving calories, and it will probably fill you up so much that you won't eat that much the rest of the day anyway.0 -
Harvesters Rocky Horror Sundae - Warm chocolate fudge cake, ice-cream, squirty cream, topped with chocolate fudge pieces and a crispy wafer. 640 calories of pure deliciousness. Nom nom.0

Sorry, but I gotta do this to you.
Mama J's Kitchen here in Richmond, VA. The best restaurant in town, A small soul food restaurant. Soul as in they put their soul and a whole lotta love into everything. Here was dinner Wednesday night: fried chicken, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes & gravy, string beans and cornbread. I put it (not counting the double chocolate cake which was another 800) at about 1600 calories. My first treat meal in a long time. But oh, it was soooo worth it.

calorie dense toppings on my oatmeal like PB, chocolate chips, nuts, caramel chunks, instant hot chocolate powder, mini marshmallows, etc
if I have a LOT of calories to spare I usually visit the bakery and eat a cinnamon roll/muffin/piece of cake/cookie or something like that.0 -
French Laundry, and Enoteca Pinchiorri. Luckily, I don't get around to doing either too often . . .0
