Hello,
My name is Adriana and I am 22 years old. I have gained a little weight over the past year. I was at around 120-125 and now i am at 142 and I need to make some changes. I don't want to go down back to 115, I want to get back to 120-125. I am only 5'1 so 142 is a bit big for me and I don't want to gain too much weight. Any tips to lose around 20 lbs?

It's almost harder for people who don't have as much to lose because it's alot harder to lose noticeable amounts since you don't have as much room to create a calorie deficit. My biggest piece of advice is to make a realistic plan you can stick to for a while and be patient.1 -
