My name is Adriana and I am 22 years old. I have gained a little weight over the past year. I was at around 120-125 and now i am at 142 and I need to make some changes. I don't want to go down back to 115, I want to get back to 120-125. I am only 5'1 so 142 is a bit big for me and I don't want to gain too much weight. Any tips to lose around 20 lbs?
