I did reach my previous UGW of 110 lbs in August 2020 but gained weight every month since and I felt 110 lbs was too low.
I've found my new UGW (maintenance) aim of 115 to 120 lbs. I'm using Fitbod app in hopes of slowly gaining muscle as I reach for my new maintenance goal.

I had a good month in March despite veering off course for a few days while stress eating. My parents and I are fully vaccinated, so the kids and I are going to spend two days at their house. I forgot my scale, so I will still check in daily to keep myself in check, but I am allowing some indulgences for my mom's desserts that I haven't been able to enjoy for a year and a half!

I'm with you @dlhollin1 I haven't accomplished anything at all regarding the scale this entire year. I need to be more intentional about movement during the day and getting away from my computer. As the weather improves I'll get the dogs out for walks daily.
