To be fair--sometimes people just automatically accept without looking. And, many of these bots present with a normal profile pic and then change it up later, or if you've been on here quite a few years, you have inactive friends that the bots have taken over. Everybody check your FL.3 -

Guilty here... approved like 5 friend requests before I noticed something off about the pictures.... primarily clothes. I have since removed them. I need distraction from food. Not sex4 -
