I need to do this again one more of millions times that I had tried!! So I need to kill some pounds off me around 100lbs!!! Hahahah!! The best of fall is get up and make it better and make it count!! This time I will not look back because we can’t change past but with have our today and God is already there in our future. “For nothing will be impossible with God.” Luke 1:37 even in your fitness journey. I would love to have some to encourage each other to reach our goals!

Hey, you can do this if you give yourself time and grace. The 100 lbs you want to kill didn’t happen overnight...give yourself time to take it off in a healthy manner. Give yourself grace and forgive yourself when you skip a day or one cheat meal turns into a day. Get back at it the next day.0

Time is something you cannot get back. So the longer you procrastinate, the less likely you'll achieve your goal. HAVE A WRITTEN PLAN. Follow it consistently and it will happen. If you go into just thinking "I'll just eat less and exercise" you HAVE NO PLAN. Doing this for years with clients, the best success comes when you have a good plan of action.

This is a good supportive group:

I went to sales seminars for years. “Set a goal and have a plan” they always preached. I never got it, til I arrived here.
Set yourself a goal: inches lost or pounds lost, or to run a marathon or hoist heavy weights. Mine was accomplishing a headstand and arm balances.
Break that goal into mini chunks and then proceed to pulverize those mini goals. Fifty pound goal? Just lost five? Bam! That’s 10% right there!
This community is extremely supportive and knowledgeable. No judgement here. I’ve lost 40% of my body weight. I know where you’re coming from and am happy to share. You’ll find that attitude all over the place here. @ninerbuff who posted above is a fantastic, supportive resource. Listen and learn from him!
This site works, but you have to commit to learn to use it.0
