So this isn't my first, third, or twenty first rodeo..... but this is my first time here. My dr. introduced me to it. I'm a weight loss patient, that went too low, too high, now, in the middle, but want to "Feel" better, I need a healthy mind, and body... my soul could use some help too. So, looking forward to this new path! ❤

Similar experience. Dropped too low, and closed my ears to friends and family til a loving friend showed me what I now think of as the “granddaddy long legs” photo of me.
That induced me to add a few back.
