Any 90 day program suggestions?

I want to start a 90 day workout plan, but I want 1 that requires little prep, just following the schedule like the p90x program... Any one have any suggestions on a good program?

I like the BeachBody programs because they all have a calendar that you follow. It’s about $10 a month or $120/year for the subscription. BeachBody often gets a bad reputation because they push shakeology, other supplements and gear. But I don’t buy any of that other stuff. I only pay for the subscription.
I’ve done PIYO, Brazil butt lift, all the 21 day fix alternatives, MBF + MBFa and I’m currently doing 80 day obsession.

The type of program you do depends on what you want to get out of the program.

Best thing about Beachbody. Turn on the DVD or now login for BboD and follow along until it ends.

Follow the meal plans, diet suggestions when not doing the workouts.

Log meals and exercise in MFP.

    Success will follow.
