ideas for getting 200g of protein with limited carbs/fat

I just got on a new macro plan and am looking at how much meat I need to eat to get 200g of protein. This looks like 2lb of meat per day! Does anyone have experience trying to get that kind of protein while keeping the carbs/ fat down?

Chicken breast, no skin. Fish and shellfish.

Lowfat Greek yogurt or cottage cheese have quite a lot of protein! Thanks to these boards I also learned about nutritional yeast and have begun using it in quite a few things, including oatmeal, homemade bread, dips, and sauces.

Ground turkey is also quite good.

Consult the spreadsheet linked to this thread, and eat more things from that list that you like:

Also, where did 200g come from? If it's much more than 1g per pound of lean body mass daily (around 0.8g per pound of healthy goal weight per day, for many people), then it may be overkill. Extra protein won't hurt a healthy person, within reason, as long as it doesn't drive out other essential nutrition, but it can make life more difficult if trying to get more than is likely to be actually beneficial.
