Quaker Oat so Simple Golden Syrup
Does anyone know the difference in nutritional values if using Skimmed milk instead of Semi Skimmed?
I know it won’t be a vast difference but want to stay on track
Thanks

It looks like the difference is a whole 15 measly calories. Use semi-skimmed if you prefer it.1

I use 1%. Skim is just too watery for me.
The best thing to do with items like cereal and milk is to enter the milk and the cereal separately in your FOOD page diary..2 -

Yes, that's how I would do it. I often just copy my breakfast from one day to the next since it's usually the same, which saves me some extra searching and entering. Or if you switch it up, save a frequently eaten group of items together as a meal.0 -
180ml semi-skimmed milk is 88cals.
180ml skimmed milk is 63cals.
Difference is 25 cals.0
