What weight range do you find the best for women? I am 159 and want to get to 145. My husband says I look good the way I am. But then again he said that when I was almost 200! Is 145 even low enough? I'm only 5'3

i have to be able to pick her up, impale her, and walk around the house that way....so really, it's more about how strong i am than what she weighs.

This question is impossible to answer. Too many variables. If YOU are happy with where you are then you are at the right weight.

Everyone is different...There is no magic weight...Too many variables (Bone density, muscle, height, the girls, etc.)...Sexy is sexy regardless of a number.
  • it really depends on your height I think

I couldn't care what your weight is but it's your proportions. I bet Jessica Ennis is as heavy as me.

I have NO IDEA what any given woman weighs, and I don't really care. I will admit to being shallow and attracted to women based on appearance, but my range is more dictated by shape than weight. I'm not particularly into super-skinny girls, but I'm not attracted to obese women either. That said, my attraction should not dictate how any woman feels about herself.

By the way, I don't really care about confidence, but I do find that I am emotionally attracted more to women who are comfortable with themselves. Not sure what the difference is, but I think some people (men and women) have a chip on their shoulder about things and that makes a difference.

Most men are simple. As long as all your curves are on the right place, you breathe, and you have a full set of teeth, then it's good enough. For some of us even teeth are optional.

I find a woman's weight to be ideal when it's evenly distributed from head-to-toe... mine, that is.

Men don't care about the weight. They only care about these preferences no thigh gap/thigh gap, big boobs/small boobs and big butt/small butt. Speaking on behalf of all men, they like big butts.

You have to have a thigh gap to be desirable to men.

    About 3 feet is good.

ETC "food" to "good"... ha. Freudian slip there.
  • I'm with a few others on this... You have to be happy with yourself first. Confidence is the key here. I'm 5'9" at 165, I love the fact that I have strong legs and hips... It's all about how you are shaped. The number doesn't mean anything!
  • This is SOOOO dependent on the woman. I don't think men (or anybody for that matter) could put it into a hard preference. I'm 5'3 and 137 and it suits me well. However, some women would look a lot different at the same height and weight. If I got down to 110-120 (which is great for many women that are 5'3), I would look awful! If I get over 145, I don't feel really comfortable. It's all so personal.
    ^^^^THIS

Weight looks different on everyone. If you feel good, look good and are healthy the # doesn't matter.

Yup as i've told some friends of mine, If you look shredded but the scale says you're 250, would you really care? def personal preference.
