I'm Chris. I'm 71 and used to be 5'7" but arthritis smashed me down to 5'5"!! So where did all that skin go?? hmmm. I am a walker. I had spine surgery two years ago and hip surgery 1.5 years ago and my walking suffered. I also workout with a trainer and am getting back to normal...whatever that is.

So I jinxed myself when I said I haven't fluctuated much, of course I open my mouth and it happens! I know it's not that I ate the wrong things or too much though, I think it's water retention from sodium. I'm not worried though because I know that I'm eating well under my calorie deficit and choosing better options.
