I'm Chris. I'm 71 and used to be 5'7" but arthritis smashed me down to 5'5"!! So where did all that skin go?? hmmm. I am a walker. I had spine surgery two years ago and hip surgery 1.5 years ago and my walking suffered. I also workout with a trainer and am getting back to normal...whatever that is.

Looks like I'm stuck in a rut! Hoping it doesn't last long as I have about 2lbs left to hit this months goal! I know for a fact that I'm eating under my calorie deficit and I'm getting enough exercise. I have been experiencing digestive issues though this past week so maybe that's the reason.1 -

I'm Chris. I'm 71 and used to be 5'7" but arthritis smashed me down to 5'5"!! So where did all that skin go?? hmmm. I am a walker. I had spine surgery two years ago and hip surgery 1.5 years ago and my walking suffered. I also workout with a trainer and am getting back to normal...whatever that is.
