I'm not sure if it's because I'm trying to do low carb or what, but I find 2-3 pounds can come and go so quickly sometimes! I try to have a weight "range" instead of a single number as I find it keeps me motivated and happier.1 -

@Mewlingstork I do have a 3 pound range I try to stay in and that weight gain took me right out of it! But I’m back in range now.
This challenge definitely helps! My daughters are visiting this weekend and last night they got out all kinds of snacks. I automatically said, “Oops, I missed my window so I can’t have any. But I can have some tomorrow!”

So Friday I was naughty and stayed up too late, having a huge bag of chips and a few drinks. And oh goodness I suffered for it, especially when the cat woke me at 5:20 AM! But I was "better" the rest of the weekend but it was mother's day, so....2 -

I've been eating a bit over my calories but I haven't been snacking. Ya win some, ya lose some I guess? I'm in Phoenix visiting my grandparents and my mom came down from Idaho for the week too. So this will be a tough week probably!1 -
