My weekend was super busy and I KNOW I'm like @Mewlingstork and way over calories. That being said - I intend to go for a run today and start cycling this week so I can get ready for commuting starting next week!2 -

It was my sister-in-law's birthday yesterday so her extra cake was delivered to us and it was decided by the family that the desert would happen after we were done outside. That happened to be after 9 PM, so back to square one!
On the upside, yesterday I completed my first run in six weeks! Wow, am I out of shape!2 -

So my prep for cycling next week is off the table - a nagging arm injury (pulled a muscle) and the forecast for rain until Tuesday means exercise in general is off the table. So fun!2 -

That is an option, but I find the lifting of it hurts too much - even with it relaxed at my side standing up after a minute it starts to ache a lot. Rest is all I think I can do, you know?
