I can't to be in the 100s im 219 do I need to stop cheat meals on the weekends den when I'm on my goal I can have cheat meals??

    Then you ate something that doesn't agree with you or ate too much of something/in general.

    Yes its always one I have a cheat day I always feel sick but when I don't have cheat days im good. My calories is 1394 they said if you eat under your regular calories you loose weight. If I eat 1290calories is that ok. I weight 222.0

    You lose weight when you eat about 1400 Calories, that's what they said.

    Don't eat much under; don't eat much over and you will lose quite a bit of weight.

    In fact 1400 may even be too low; but that does depend on how you count too. There exists a learning curve to counting.

    Who is "they"?
