Cheat meals are a pleasant myth, kinda like Santa Claus. Your body counts all the calories you eat, no matter what you call them.
Figure out how to manage your food and eating, in a way that's practical for you, and that results in weight loss first, then staying at a healthy weight long term.
Your food log in MFP can help you figure this out.
If you like having a bigger, more indulgent meal once a week, plan that in. Personally, I eat a little under my maintenance calories most days, in order to have a more indulgent day once a week or so. It works fine: I lost weight on a predictable basis, and I've maintained a healthy weight for 5+ years since, after 30 years or so of obesity before that.
Log your calories, figure out how to distribute them through your days/week to keep your energy level high, feel full, enjoy life, and hit an overall calorie total (averaged over a period of days) that achieves your weight goals.6 -

Then you ate something that doesn't agree with you or ate too much of something/in general.3 -
Yes its always one I have a cheat day I always feel sick but when I don't have cheat days im good. My calories is 1394 they said if you eat under your regular calories you loose weight. If I eat 1290calories is that ok. I weight 222.00

You lose weight when you eat about 1400 Calories, that's what they said.
Don't eat much under; don't eat much over and you will lose quite a bit of weight.
In fact 1400 may even be too low; but that does depend on how you count too. There exists a learning curve to counting.

Eat the calories MFP estimates for you - all of them. It's OK to be a little under . . . or a little over. By "a little", I mean maybe 25 or so, and if it's under by much more than that you should eat a little extra (over goal) to balance things out over the week.
If you followed the directions, and set your MFP activity level based on your daily life activity BEFORE exercise, log your exercise and eat back at least a good chunk of those calories, too. Pick a consistent fraction to eat back, and make it at least 50%.
After 4-6 weeks, look at your average weight loss per week. (If you're female, and not in menopause yet, compare weights at the same relative day in at least 2 different monthly cycles, such as the last day of your period.) If your average weight loss is more than 0.5%-1% of your current body weight, INCREASE your calorie goal.
Undereating increases health risks, including risks for some very dangerous health conditions.
Undereating makes good nutrition difficult to get.
Undereating can cause fatigue, reducing calorie expenditure in daily life through reduced activity (perhaps very subtle, hard to notice): Counterproductive.
Undereating risks losing more than minimum muscle while losing fat, reducing your metabolic rate a small amount, making future loss harder.
Undereating can cause weakness, making daily life more difficult.
Undereating can cause sleep disruptions.
Undereating creates cravings, making it difficult to stick with calorie goal.
Undereating can hurt your immune system, not a good thing ever, but especially not during a pandemic.
Undereating makes life hard, increases risk of giving up.
If you lose too fast (averaged over those multiple weeks), you know you're undereating, no matter what any estimate, calculator, or fitness tracker says.
Don't undereat.
Don't undereat.
Please.
