    I eat 1/2 non-instant oatmeal everyday, no sweetner! I ually mash a banana or blueberries in it.
    My newest way to fix it up...I put Emerald's 100 calorie pack cocoa roasted almonds in it. It feel me up and is so good! You get your protein from the almonds, and the cocao adds sweetness to the oatmeal.
