Short workout today. I've lost a bit of motivation with my workouts since I ran an ultra marathon on 13th June. I've been concentrating on active recovery since the race which has mainly involved easy running and rebounder sessions.
I hope to get back onto it for next month and may change my workout slightly, so that I don't lose motivation again.
Straight arm planks: 2 x 30 secs
Reverse planks: 2 x 30 secs
Forearm planks: 2 x 30 secs
Calf raises: 2 x 30 secs

Returning now that the quad is healed, although with a reduced load at one rep per hold (for now). I'm also backing down from 4 sessions per week to 3 due to a mid-week long run being added into my running schedule. I don't do these on harder run workout days.

Tried something a little different tonight, in the hope that my motivation will return. I was going to start back on 1st July, but it's Monday and I need to get back to it and stop stalling. All I did was mix up my workout a little and incorporated more exercises, but keeping reps low.
Wall sit: 2 x 30 secs
Sumo squat: 2 x 30 secs
Calf raise: 2 x 30 secs
Static lunge: 2 x 30 secs
Active beast: 2 x 30 secs
Forearm plank: 2 x 30 secs
