    I'm not going to make my goal of 100 minutes of planks and 100 minutes of Isometrics this month. I'm way off target, but I'm just going to see how close I get to it.

    I've skipped both of my Monday and Tuesday isometrics while I deal with a minor quad strain (and take an early down week in my workout schedule). I may also skip them the rest of this week resuming next week. I'll miss my target goals which assumed I would not miss any days, but sometimes that has to happen. :smile:
