    March loss: -7.4
    April loss: -7.2
    May loss: -5.6
    Total loss: -20.2

    June 1: 152 - up by .4 from yesterday. I'm ok with that since it's either water weight or the injury in my calf that's bothering me.
    June 2: 152.2 - I hate this up and down but it happens weekly. Then I'll go down a whole pound and some.

    June 4: 151.8
    June 5: 152.2
    June 6: 151.4 - start of a heat wave and we don’t have air conditioning!
    June 7: 151
    June 8: 151.6 - this heat is a killer!

    June 1: 151.4- Holiday got me yesterday with drinks, chips and a hot dog. Time to recover!

    June 6: 149.4- Rainy day & cooped up inside the house. Plan on getting on the elliptical today while my kids are napping. Wish me luck lol
    June 7: 149.4- I did 40 mins on the elliptical yesterday! Super proud of myself :)

    June 3: 264.6 ate at maintenance couldn’t sleep. (17k steps)
    June 4: 262.8 (15 k steps)
    June 5: 264.4 weighed myself early I finally was able to get good night sleep. I have been having insomnia and today way the first good sleep in a while. (15k steps)
    June 6: 265.2 😩 (15k steps)
    June 7: 265.8 this just doesn’t make sense. I know I am losing weight but my body is just holding on to it. I can feel a swoosh coming on soon I just never seen my weight jump this high before.( 17k steps)
    June 8: 263 better but still not a new low.

    I’ve been a member of MFP for a long time, however, fell off the wagon and haven’t been on in such a long time .. more than 2 years.
    *2018: 200 (the happiest was reaching onederland) then the start off falling off..

    *June 1: 261.8
    June 2: 260.0 -1.8

    June 7: 259.0 -1 (total -2.8)

    Small goal: 10lbs by July
    Mid goal: 30lbs Hopefully by my birthday October
    Overall goal: 180

    I’ve been a yo-yo dieter my whole life. Taking it one step at a time.

    I'm really thinking I need to change something up. Seems like I've plateaued. I'm thinking I either need to up the exercise or cut back on the carbs (I do love my carbs though).

    June 11: 261.2 this feels good 😊 every time this happens I am reminded that determination and consistency is the key to weight loss. Just do what you love and eat healthy.
