June 3: 264.6 ate at maintenance couldn’t sleep. (17k steps)

June 5: 264.4 weighed myself early I finally was able to get good night sleep. I have been having insomnia and today way the first good sleep in a while. (15k steps)

May loss: 3 lb
June 1: 151.4- Holiday got me yesterday with drinks, chips and a hot dog. Time to recover!

June 6: 149.4- Rainy day & cooped up inside the house. Plan on getting on the elliptical today while my kids are napping. Wish me luck lol2 -

I'm really thinking I need to change something up. Seems like I've plateaued. I'm thinking I either need to up the exercise or cut back on the carbs (I do love my carbs though).
