June 1: 152 - up by .4 from yesterday. I'm ok with that since it's either water weight or the injury in my calf that's bothering me.
June 2: 152.2 - I hate this up and down but it happens weekly. Then I'll go down a whole pound and some.

June 5: 264.4 weighed myself early I finally was able to get good night sleep. I have been having insomnia and today way the first good sleep in a while.3 -

June 7: 265.8 this just doesn’t make sense. I know I am losing weight but my body is just holding on to it. I can feel a swoosh coming on soon I just never seen my weight jump this high before.3 -
