Hi, does anyone know a good app to convert cooked chicken, fish, meat to raw in grams?

I’d be surprised if any app could do that with any meaningful degree of accuracy!
Too many variables - how was it cooked? Steamed, grilled, roasted, boiled, fried etc all will impact the resultant weight and calorie content. Not to mention added oil/butter from the specific cooking method.
It’s best to weigh meat raw and add oil/butter as a separate item but if you’re asking the question because you’re not in a position to weigh an item in it’s raw state then second best is to find a database entry for your item that states that it’s cooked and preferably includes the cooking method.

This website is the best I've found;
https://data.nal.usda.gov/dataset/usda-table-cooking-yields-meat-and-poultry
The last document is a spreadsheet listing various foods with various cooking methods. It's decently accurate.0 -
Why would you need to do the conversion? It would be as accurate or more so to just use an entry for cooked meat.0
