One last thing...It doesn't matter how much fat you have left to lose. Starving yourself is starving yourself and and sounds like disordered eating. Overweight, underweight, whatever. Anyone can have an eating disorder.0 -
2500 cals sounds high to me, too. I assure you that I don't have an eating disorder. You have a reasonable concern. I'd stay around 1500 cals/day or switch up "hot" (eat more) & "cold" (eat less). Best of luck to you!!!0
