Hi everyone,
***Excuse my spelling mistakes and bad grammars ( I am not use to write in English).***
This is my third journey, for weight loss and becoming healthy. But this time I hope I will be able to keep going.
In 2020 I was able to lose about 30 pound, but the pandemic, and my work as an health professional in the frontline stoped my progress.
Today, I am 5'8" 261 pound, BMI 39.
I hope to find support in this journey.

You could almost be my twins for height/weight I also lost around 35lbs in 2017 and then regained due to work stress after a year of maintaining. I have been dawdling up and down in weight ever since.
This is a great active group https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/133315-larger-losers
