I saw my highest weight ever on the scale this morning. I'm starting an accountability thread for myself and will post my weight every day. I can't "hate myself" into losing weight. I'm going to take the long view and post every day for accountability and to see the big picture in terms of progress. Nothing else is working for me, so maybe this will.

This is a great idea. May I join you? I'm an adult-onset Type-1 diabetic, and I've allowed my blood glucose to ride way too high, so I'm going to diary both my weight and fasting bg each morning.
