    Goals for this month are to get back into regular exercising, better sleep habits and more protein.

    7/04 - 135.4 bad eating. Had pizza on moving day. Quick and easy when you need to feed your friends who are helping.

    7/06 - 137 Time to get back into the groove. Move is over and 85% unpacked. No more excuses.

    7/08 - 134.4 Almost have the move weight off!
    7/09 - 133.4 Happy dance! Haven't seen this number in a few years :)

    I'm also tracking my fat loss, since scale weight is only part of the story of body composition. I intend for my goal weight to reflect only fat loss. I also measure my waist to track that as well since that is ultimately what I care about.

    07/21 - 138, 35 inch low waist, 3 mile run, eating on track
    07/22 - 138, 35" low waist, 30 min HIIT cardio

    June was a bit of a bust, up 1.3 pounds.
    Hoping to touch the 120s this month.

    Thursday July 01 - 131.8
    Friday July 02 - 132.9 - Had Ribs last night, the gain could have been worse.
    Saturday July 03 - 131.7
    Sunday July 04 - 132.3
    Monday July 05 - 133.2 - Argh
    Tuesday July 06 - 132.4
    Wednesday July 07 - 132.1 - at this rate I hope to be back to my month's start weight tomorrow

    Saturday July 10 - 133.5 - 2 full days off, more time to work out, create healthy food, work in my garden. I got my second vaccine yesterday, so I will be fully protected in 2 weeks : - )
    Sunday July 11 - 133.9 - I got indulgent, I will have to work this back down.
    Monday July 12 - 134.4 - I have to get on top of this!
    Tuesday July 13 - 133.9 - I worked the evening shift last night, was home so late and ate so late. I have the same shift tonight, I will have to figure something out.
    Wednesday July 14 - 132.2 - Getting a little closer to my start weight of the month

    Monday July 19 - 133.9 - No reason whatsoever for this gain. I have been teetering between overweight and normal for the last 2 months, I really would like to get firmly into the (high at least) normal range.

    Wednesday July 21 - 133.3 - sheesh
    Thursday July 24 - 132.8 - Morning weigh ins are never predictable for me.

    July goal: < 119.0

    Last month my goal was to get under 120 and stay there. I only managed to get under 120 a handful of times but at least I ended up with a 1.2lb loss for the month. This month the goal is to get under 119. After tracking both weight and CICO in June I ended up averaging just over 1400 calories a day which appears to be what maintenance looks like for me. Not a lot of calories. This month I'll be lowering the calories to average about 1350 or so. I'm also only going to weigh a couple of times a week.

    08 - 122.0 (sushi for dinner last night so probably sodium related)
    15 - 119.9
    22 - 121.0 Not what I was hoping for pre-vacation. Next week is likely to be worse and I probably won't make my goal for July

    Hi, everyone! I hope you have been doing well! My post-cancer immune system picked up a nasty virus and it wiped me out for a few weeks. I have been so hungry ever since. I stopped calorie counting, thinking I needed to build up my strength again, but that has lead to overeating and weight gain. It's time to focus back on good health with good nutrition and exercise.

    I'm glad you're back, I've missed your posts. You'll be back on track in no time.

    7/1 - 184.8 a new "low" on this journey down. A little scary starting the month with a low as I bounce up and down many times during the month.
    7/2 - 185.2 slight bounce up, but it's ok. Fireworks tonight!

    7/5 - 188.0 ugh daily jumps but back on track today. It's fluid retention but it'll still take all week to shed.
    7/6 - 187.0 off to the Y today for a run and some weight machines. I think dinner is going to be a hunk of meat and a veg.
    7/7 - 186.2 my silly scale gave me 185.2 2x, then on the 3rd jumped up a pound and stayed there for 2 more times. So I'm going with the higher even though I liked the first number much better. I go with whatever number displays 3x, first lol. No run yesterday, the lovely FL hurricane is affecting air pressure, which bothers my 4 and 6 year old fractures in my left foot and leg...didn't even know I hurt until I tried running. I did walk though, and used the rowing machine. Will walk again today, either on the treadmill or outside if it doesn't rain.
    7/8 - 185.4 didn't walk yesterday, worked too late. Still struggling with putting myself higher on the priority list. Raining today, still achy...
    7/9 - 185.4 I'll take it as a win today. TGIF!!
    7/10 - 185.4 at least I'm being consistent and not bouncing lol Happy weekend!!
    7/11 - 187.0 guess I got slapped for yesterday's comment lol

    7/12 - 187.2 ok, gotta control weekends. I have a work conference in mid-September and none of my work clothes fit! I have a deadline and need a solid loss.
    7/13 - 186.6 got a run in last night, planning on the Y today
    7/14 - 186.0 planning a walk today, either outside or inside if it rains. So over all the rain...10 days of it and it makes my old bone breaks hurt.
    7/15 - 186.6 no idea why I'm up today but didn't walk yesterday. It's a new day!
    7/16 - 187.6 up again...yesterday I ran and weights at the Y, good food. Whatever.
    7/17 - 189.6 yup, I glutened myself and it wasn't as good as I had imagined
    7/18 - 188.8 still feeling bloated and a lot of water retention from the gluten Friday, but it's starting to leave. Y today for another run.

    7/19 - 188.4 still working back from gluten...takes so long. I have to admit that I don't log my food very often. I've been inspired by some comments yesterday and have prelogged my day. Will comment here so hold me to it!
    7/20 - 187.4 my goal for July is to end at my starting weight. Walked for an hour yesterday. Workout at the Y later, drink a ton of water, off to log my food for the day now!
    7/21 - 187.6 up a smidge, didn't workout yesterday so planning it tonight. Logging my food now.
    7/22 - 186.6 Y workout tonight, and off to log today's food
    7/23 - 187.8 no idea why but didn't manage a workout yesterday. This week has been rough, glad it's ending. My entire goal for the month is to get back to my initial July number.
