trying 12-3-30 everyday(or so): what're your results? (12incline/3mph/30minutes on treadmill)

Hi, I'm not sure how to use this but I'm going to be updating this with my results after doing the 12-3-30 daily.

Definitely NOT going to start immediately considering that I have exams, but I promise to start updating with my weight measurements as often as I can from 8th July (I know it's a while lol but:) gimme a break)

I've tried it before but obviously when i'm still binging on huge amounts of food, it's not working, but so far it's the most doable exercise I've tried. See you on july 8th:0
