Success: Going back to work has helped distract me from eating. Lucy's surgery went well and I'm spending lots of time with her during rehab so less opportunity to eat and more time to do some yoga.
Struggle: My partner loves to bring home treats and buy unhealthy food. When I pointed this out he said I didn't have to eat it. True but it is a temptation.5 -

Successes/struggles of the week: Still working on trying to get my weight back down in range, but it'll be a bit of a struggle over the next couple of weeks, with a weekend trip next weekend involving lots of good food and ice cream, a happy hour with friends, and family visiting the following week with more delicious food and desserts. I'll be trying to keep my activity level high to compensate for all of the tasty high calorie foods.3 -

Maintenance weight range: 65-75 kg (not sure what’s the right answer - been up and down in there numerous times in my life, apart from going way over 2010-2015).
I’d like to lose a bit to get back to 70 kg, but I’m still happy at around 75 kg.
I’m experimenting with seeing how my satiety levels are in relation to the types of foods I eat. Trying to eat more whole foods, which I’ve been getting pretty good at, and less sugar, and it’s going quite well.

Successes: slowed down my weight gain & then began to lower weight.
Increased steps back to >10K and strength training from none until June 7 to 1100 repetitions since then. 5-12 mins daily. It sure adds up!!
Struggles: None: I turned it all around.
Raw Almonds were the culprit.
Visitors went home & I got back to my food/exercise/tracking/meal prep routines.
Accepted COVID situation for me; focused on gratefulness.
I got back to earlier habits with the support of my tracker.

I have been maintaining nicely at around goal weight for a few weeks now. I’ve enjoyed some good family time, and the Covid restrictions are gradually easing.
I have some difficult times ahead, my son’s birthday on the 27th for one.
This week I’m going away in my motorhome for several days so will tracking food will be difficult and I won’t be able to weigh myself next Monday. I know the principles of healthy eating, so I should be fine. (Ha Ha, fingers crossed)

Successes/Struggles: It was very hot here and we don't have a/c. We are getting it! We ended up going to restaurants to cool off and I ate more than normal. Also, I didn't do my exercises. Amazingly, I didn't gain weight. Now that it is cooler and I'm exercising, it will be interesting what happens.2 -

Reflection: My weight is moving up gradually although I am still within my wider maintenance range. I'll be away for a retreat month from 24 July, and would expect my weight to drop again during that month, so my aim for this month is to maintain at where I am now. I plan to lose again to the lower end of my maintenance range this autumn. I am keeping active and eating well.2 -

Successes/struggles of the week: I was away on a quick weekend trip with my boyfriend this weekend with no access to a scale. Enjoyed a lot of high calorie restaurant food and desserts, so I'm sure that my weight will be pretty high with water retention as well as TOM when I check it tomorrow. It wasn't really an active trip, but I did manage to exceed my daily steps yesterday and Friday by a few thousand steps.2 -

Successes: I’m reigning in calories (set a lower target) and scale is going down slowly.
Just 1.5 lbs now to get to top of my tight maintenance goal & I have been under my more generous goal all along. That’s my hard stop.
Increased my steps back to >10K and I’ve done strength training daily since June 7. I do both whether I’m Tired or not
Struggles: not sure why I’m More tired than I used to be - actually I do - I just hadn’t realized it until now. I have trouble falling asleep. I’ll work on a more relaxing evening & see if that helps.

Successes/Struggles: I am still struggling getting my four video exercise routines in during the week. I am also eating over calorie goal. This has been going on for a couple of weeks - different excuses each week. My weight is starting drift up. Hopefully that will motivate me.2 -

This morning’s weight was 0.2 lbs from the top of my goal weight. My theory may be getting proven. My summer weight may well be water weight. We had high heat & then cool (I’m wearing a huge jacket now) & my weight dropped as fast as it went up a month ago!! Interesting.
Wow I just checked the past 30 days weather…sure enough the two steep climbs were significantly hotter days & the last few cooler
Ok, gonna have to add temps to my tracking.

Reflection: My weight has been all over the place this last week, for no reason that I can really discern. I was up to 77kg on Thursday, down to 75.9kg on Friday, back up to 76.9kg Saturday. Some of this wiill be down to eating most of a bar of milk Kinderschokolade on Wednesday (it was a stressful day!) which rather confirms my suspicion that milk chocolate is a weight gain trigger for me.
Looking forward, I'm aiming to keep my average for the month in the range 76 to 76.5 kg until I go away on 23 July. Then I'll see where I am when I get back at the end of August and if necessary lose to the lower end of my maintenance range this autumn. Meanwhile, I continue to be active (I am doing about an hour of sport five or six days a week), eating well and enjoying good wine.

@MadisonMolly2017 my weight does the same and I also tend to go up with water weight retention during the summers and drop down with cooler weather! It's funny how things work sometimes!3

I've found the same thing the last few summers! For some reason my weight ticks up a bit in the summer then heads down in the winter. Partly I guess because we are in FL for part of the winter and I walk ALOT more.3 -

Successes/struggles of the week: In pure numbers, my weight still appears to be "stuck" at the same point as last week, though I saw a nice drop down for a couple of weigh-ins at the end of the week, lower than the previous week, so some of the water weight is dropping off slowly. Of course, with yesterday being an oppressively hot day, my walk outside was at a slower pace than I'd anticipated, and was cut short because it was too hot, and I then ate a ton of ice cream, so my weight will be back up on the higher side again for a couple days.3 -
