Having to work so much overtime! For context, I’m probably going to hit my 40 hours today. On Thursday. And I still have more meetings and plenty to do tomorrow. I mean extra money is nice but this girl is exhausted 🥱2

You may want to consider getting your resume out there - js - I had a super stressful job before my current gig - was way over worked and under pd - and just one day said duck it and started looking - took the job I have now 7 years ago - best decision- took a pay cut initially but the mental health benefits out weighed - idk just my experience hope it gets better for you1 -
