Need some help with calories for lidl fajita seasoning sachet which is 30g
It says as made up 1/4 of the pack is 308 calories i know there is sugar in the ingredients but surely that can't be right for a bit of seasoning mix?? Or is this for the whole recipe including chicken and veg as made up?

I've seen a few similar seasoning mixes/curry pastes and the nutritional value is according to the recipe (including the chicken etc.). Makes no sense to me to make labels like that
If it's a dry mix (no oil), I'd go with max. 120 calories per 30 grams (so basically as if it was 100% sugar, but I'm sure it's less).1 -

Yeah, this is 'as prepared per directions' not just the seasoning. Actual seasoning calories are probably much, much less. I'd probably find a similar product without the 'as prepared' directions and use that.1 -
