If you are new to posting on this thread, or if you are new to planking and isometric exercises, we welcome you! If you are returning from a previous thread, we welcome you, too.
There are no set challenges - this is a mixed-ability / mixed-experience / everyone welcome group.
Just pick the target that you would like to achieve this month and post updates throughout the month as you work toward your target.
If you are new to planking it is a good idea to start with as little as 10 or 15 seconds and build up over time.
Here's The DareBee Killer Core Plank Workout:
Feel free to share your variations and challenges.

Goal for this month, again is 120 minutes through a combination of planks and other isometric exercises.
My knee has started playing up, so I'm stopping with the squats/wall sits again, to try and see what's causing the issues. However, I have found 3 new exercises and going to incorporate them just to mix things up a little.
Today:
Chest squeeze: 2 x 30 secs
Tall kneeling: 2 x 30 secs
High knee raise: 2 x 30 secs
Calf raise: 2 x 30 secs
Glute bridge: 2 x 30 secs
Hollow body tuck hold: 2 x 30 secs
Forearm plank: 2 x 30 secs
Reverse plank: 2 x 30 secs
Slow sit-ups: 2 x 15 reps
Slow knee press-ups: 2 x 15 reps

@jeffrey_ad, thanks for keeping this going, I’m back in again after dropping out in July.
I lost my way in July but I am going to get back in the routine now. Only problem is, I fell off my bike a few days ago and have sore ribs. Keeping it light for now.
Goal 100 minutes.

@lesdarts180 nice to see you back!
Hope you recover soon from your bike fall. I have no idea how you're managing to do planks with sore ribs though? Take it easy.0 -
@sweetdaisy13 I did skip planks on Sunday and Monday but I was determined to get back into it. My ribs are very painful when I lie down on my back but the plank position isn't too bad. I need to work up to 6 minutes again.1
