    I'm away from home this coming week - will have to do planks in the hotel room. Can be done - planks don't take up much room!

    I'm aiming this month for a minimum.of:
    * 75 min planks
    * 75 min other isometrics
    * 20 pushups x 3 times
    due to travelling.
    8/1: 3:00 planks durng workout
    8/2: 10:00 core isometrics + 10:00 egs isometrics + 5:00 planks with Soh + 20 pushups
    8/3: 6:00 planks w Heather Robertson + 2:00 leg holds during Epic II workout + 3:00 wall sit
    8/4: 5:00 planks during workout + 3:00 wall sit + 1:00 legs hold, during workout
    8/5: Epic II, full body workout, with lots of holds. 5:00 planks (also in place of some of the pushups), 5:50 leg isometrics, 3:00 arms and 1:00 core + 2x10 pushups
    8/6: 5:00 planks (workout + free style) + 3:00 wall sit
    8/7: rest, which did me well 👍
    8/8: 6:00 planks with Heather Robertson (no legs, because I did 40 min of lunges during Caroline's Epic II Day 32. I wonder if I could count the pulses as isometrics 🤔, she had quite a few!
    8/9: 1:30 planks + 2:00 legs (wall sits during her pushups). Alltogether I still did 70 pushups during this particular workout. 😉
    8/10: none, because there were a lot of squats in today's workout 🤷‍♀️
    8/11: 1:30 planks (regenate rows) + 2:30 legs (calf raises and wall sit). Also 19 pushups, this should "almost" count 😉.
    8/12: didn't do my regular workout, so I had energy for:
    * 21 pushups (PR?)
    * 7:00 planks with Reif, modified
    * 10 legs with Girvan
    8/13: about 6:00 planks during a HIIT workout and about 50 pushups during said HIIT
    8/14: 4 x 45s of holds on hip thrusts, so 3:00 legs isometrics

    8/15: no explicit planks or isometrics, but the workout had many holds, so I will say at least 3:00 in total

    8/16: 10:00 of legs isometrics with Carolike Girvain + 5:00 planks + 15 pushups

    Total:
    56:00 planks
    72:00 other
    20 pushups x 2
    (2 x 10 pushups x 2)
