I’m 61, disabled, with a balance disorder and am a relatively newly diagnosed diabetic. I’ve worked off a bit over 50 lbs in six months, with another 50 to 70 left to go.
There are some fun groups to join. Biggest Loser is starting up their August challenge right now. Lots of people there, getting to know each other and having a bit of fun while we work on ourselves. Come join us!0
