⭐️⭐️8/9 115.5 Great Greek for lunch yesterday with DD#2 and DSIL. (3rd Sunday in a row!😁♥️) This was an interesting week food wise. I ate several products with refined flour and they have not caused an increase in my weight but my knees are hurting again like they did 4 years ago.

@Lilylady3k @quiltingjaine Thank you both. I am lucky that my sister and I are on this journey together. She's so patient waiting for me on those uphill climbs and always my biggest cheerleader. We decided we really wanted to document our progress so the pictures are a weekly occurrence. I can't wait to see the difference at 50 pounds down and maybe even 100 pounds down.

8/10: 168.4 - IF 18.5 hrs, 80oz water. The garden is really starting to produce now so it's that time of the year where every meal has vegetables out of the garden. Today I made zucchini noodles which I had never made or eaten. I didn't have anything to spiral them with so I just used a peeler. They were more like egg noodles than spaghetti. I was surprised how good they were. I like zucchini but cooking them this way really did make you feel like you were eating noodles.

08/10 …..189.6 ….. Exactly the same as yesterday. Hanging on to those 180’s . I really noticed that my early summer clothes are now very baggy and beginning to fall of me. And I’m starting to notice those bones I forgot I had. Many who have lost a fair amount of weight before knows exactly what I mean. It’s the NSV I’ve been waiting for. 8/10: 194.4 - Had leftover pizza for breakfast today. Breakfast of champions? Made sure to eat light for the remainder of the day. Got in a full body workout. I'd never heard of a pistol squat before. My hat's off to people who can do such things!

JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~ Round 159 (round 91 for me ) as always, I need this to help keep me on track!
@QuiltingJaine- thank you yet again for setting up the new challenge.

Challenge for this round is to continue yet again to work back towards maintenance – any loss will be a win! A healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.

Covid restrictions have mostly been lifted in England – we have reached “freedom day”, but remember there is still a pandemic, continue to wash hands, be kind, wear a mask in crowded indoor settings, always consider others.

Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, It's took me 75 rounds to achieve my under 130 target; back to maintenance again!! A healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.
