I find the app super useful to keep track of my diet. Also shows you straight away what is good for you and what’s not.

Hi, Stacey, I'm 50 (until later this month) and have lost 13 pounds so far this summer. I use exercise (like shopping or housecleaning) to "buy" me extra calories some days, but it's possible to lose weight even if your mobility is limited. Can you lift a hand weight maybe to tone your muscles and burn a few calories? If not, you'll be glad to hear that food and not exercise is the predominant factor in losing weight. You don't have to move at all if you're consuming fewer calories than your body needs to store fat. Every little change you make for the better will reward you in ways you may not realize. Message me anytime if you like. We can whine about missing the '80s if nothing else. LOL2

I find exercise impossible also. Except for my recumbent elliptical. Other than that I can barely walk across the room.
Nevertheless it is possible. A bit trickier. But possible.
