Heya, I'm Melissa! I'm looking for some friends to add on the app to keep me accountable, and have fun with the social side of health and weightloss. :smile:
Here's a bit about me:
My highest weight was 402, I am currently 283, looking to get to my comfy zone of under 200.
I've been vegan for almost 4 years!
I live in BC, Canada.
I am NOT good talking about myself, clearly, lol, but if anyone wants support and vice versa, I'd love to chat! Feel free to add me on the app. :blush:

    Adding to say that my plan is a 1600 calorie limit, with an emphasis on vegan protein, and a minimum wait time between meals/snacks. Loving it so far!

    I just re-committed yesterday. I lost quite a lot of weight a few years ago following a KETO diet, and using MFP to count my calories. I've gained quite a lot back LOL, so now I'm at it again. I'm going to exercise more this time; starting with tracking my steps for a 5K per day goal.
