Are you struggling to stay away from food at night?
Are you always craving food or snacks at night?
Do you want to stop night eating? Let's motivate each other at night

well, this is the maintaining weight forum - so presumably people are already doing whatever they are doing to successfully maintain weight - or transitioning from whatever they successfully did to lose weight.

Meaning they are not likely to want to change whatever was working.

Why do you want to stay away from food at night?
I guess for some individuals that might be a good strategy - if you are prone to mindless after dinner TV snacking or suchlike.

I eat my main meal well into the evening - about 8:00pm would be my average - and usually a snack after that, say ,about 10 pm

NO problems with that for me - so ,no, not struggling or even trying at all, to stay away from night food.

I'm not sure how you start a group on here - but maybe post this in introductions and look for MFP friends for motivation 😊

What happened to the last 13? Are they like James Bonds or The Doctors (Who)?

If I find myself being bored-snacky, I brush my teeth and rinse with a strong mouthwash. Anything I try to eat or drink afterwards (other than water) tastes yukky

    What mouthwash do you use
