Pre-saved Meals... I like it.

I have a VERY sluggish metabolism, and need to stay under 1200 to lose any weight. Is there an app to add very low cal meals here via sharing your meals with others? Thanks!

    long answer short, no.

you can save YOUR meals and then edit them each time you make them to reflect actual amounts used. And then also, obviously commonly used items are saved automatically and easy to find. But you could not take a recipe or meal of MINE and save it to yours. Now, you could look at my diary (were it open, but at the moment it is not) and find the same items, log it, yadda yadda, but copy it directly? no.

In the web version of MFP you can do this, actually, for meals of a friend whose diary you can access. If you look at their diary page, the "copy meal" option should be there, and clicking that starts a dialog about what date/meal to copy it to. If you follow that through, their meal gets copied into your diary where you said you wanted it.

I think OP may be looking for some kind of function where you can search other people's meals, or something like that, though. I don't think there is one of those.

And I fear seeking people who're eating under 1200 would be against the "no VLCD" rules in the forum, maybe.
