Not eating the whole box of chocolates or whole bag of dark chocolate chips. Both of which have happened.
And getting enough protein. Since I've switched to Intermittent Fasting, I'm finding it more difficult to meet my protein goal.0 -

Mine was $12 on Amazon.
While we're on the subject though, I struggle with people who make excuses.
