What's for breakfast today???

Usually I try to keep breakfast all healthy with fiber filled cereal and fruit or an egg with light cheese, but (gasp) I decided to eat a glazed donut today. It was worth the half hour I will have to spend on the elliptical later today.

So what is on the menu today?

    frozen homemade breakfast sandwich of:
    2 slices turkey bacon, 2 eggs, 1 slice of RF cheese on an Everything bagel thin

    I just pop it in the microwave when I get to work.

    Two egg omelet with turkey sausage and cheddar cheese.

    It my staple because as the omelet is cooking, I can grab the stuff for lunch and make sure it goes with me. If I don't cook breakfast, I generally wont take lunch.

    Same 100% Gold Standard shake I have every day after the gym.
  • Probably 1 cup of Cheerios, half a cup of milk, a teaspoon of sugar, and a bottle of water... 169 calories, along with 2 glasses of water.
