    No its NOT like the real thing at all. IT'S GROSS!

    It's like a turkey meat paste that they mold into what looks like bacon, they even add food colouring to get the white fat lines...

    A Kodiak Cakes whole wheat, oats and honey flapjack, with 2 tlbs. of ginger spread; coffee with white chocolate macadamia creamer; and a piece of smoked beef sausage OR a duck egg, haven't decided for sure on the last one.

    Today I had Honey Bunches of Oats with milk and then my coffee with sugar free creamer. It's not the healthiest breakfast but I have a lot of cereal! lol

    Unfortunately, just a granola bar. Had to run to the doctor this AM and only had time to eat a granola bar on the fly. Brought some yummy snacks though! Carrots and hummus, string cheese and an apple.

    If you cook it right it'll crisp up like real bacon. I use it because before I started with MFP and everything I wanted to control red meat intake solely because of family health history. But I may switch to regular bacon next time I hit the store. It works for me even if its not really "bacon"

    2 eggs over hard, extra sharp cheddar cheese, hot sauce, and taco sauce on a low carb wrap. Chased with a protein bar: dark chocolate and peanut.

    I dont eat til around 11 breakfast then will be 3 eggs and an angrish muff

    Just use caution with those angry muffs. They can be dangerous and some even have teeth.

    On topic: My breakfast this morning was cottage cheese and raspberries.

    tall glass of whole of whole milk with a scoop of protein and a tspn of coconut oil
    a banana.
    50 mg dianabol.
    10 mg lisinopril
    25 mg toprolol
    tall black coffee.

  • This morning I had what I call my "Oatmeal Sundae" consist of flax oatmeal, activia greek strawberry yogurt, small banana (sliced), sprinkle of cinnamon, and 1 tbs. of honey. :tongue: Oh, can't forget my k-cup Pike coffee with vanilla cinnamon creamer.
