It's like a turkey meat paste that they mold into what looks like bacon, they even add food colouring to get the white fat lines...0 -

Today I had Honey Bunches of Oats with milk and then my coffee with sugar free creamer. It's not the healthiest breakfast but I have a lot of cereal! lol0

Unfortunately, just a granola bar. Had to run to the doctor this AM and only had time to eat a granola bar on the fly. Brought some yummy snacks though! Carrots and hummus, string cheese and an apple.0

If you cook it right it'll crisp up like real bacon. I use it because before I started with MFP and everything I wanted to control red meat intake solely because of family health history. But I may switch to regular bacon next time I hit the store. It works for me even if its not really "bacon"0 -
