Interactive food swap app/website?

A year or two ago I used to use a website that would offer healthier alternatives if you entered a specific food. I thought it was Eat This, Not That but no longer see that as a feature (aside from an article or two with limited suggested swaps). Any suggestions for a tool that does this?

    A quick search on the App Store brings up a few alternatives.

    ‘FoodSwitch’ and ‘Yuka’ both seem to do pretty much what you’re asking for as far as I can tell.

    I’ve never thought I needed this sort of app but I’ve just installed Yuka since it does cosmetics as well as food and I’m curious about the products I use!
