The Road So Far...

Down 94 Lbs now.
Down 2 Shirt Sizes and 8-10" of Circumference on my girth
8 More pounds and I'll hit my First goal weight.
Also Lifting Heavier Weights for more reps than I ever have in my entire Life.
Lower back, Knees, and Shoulder problems are gone.
Current:
Bench Press: 225
Squat: 515
Deadlift: 300
I'm at the gym 5-7 Days a week, I lift weights about 3 of those and every day I also Swim.
Every Other day or So I distance walk as well.
Eating about 1600 Cal a Day Average.
Arms and chest are getting bigger and much more solid.

But you’re doing it! You’ll figure out how to make it easier if you need to. Maybe a crock pot or instant pot. Or a couple big sheet pans in the oven so you can batch cook a few days worth at once and have a day in between for laundry or a hobby.
