1.5 banana nut muffins from a mix (I don't usually do this but we were out of eggs). Added a ripe banana and sprinkle of mini chocolate chips; it made 9 muffins instead of 6, so approx. 145 calories each. Also added a sprinkle of unsweetened coconut flakes to mine: voila! Monkey muffins.
The usual black tea with whole milk.

I had a Smart ones santa fe rice & beans with a whole egg and 2 egg whites tops with about a TBSP of salsa. Then a Cafe Bustelo k cup with a TBSP of caramel vanilla creamer.

Egg, bacon & deli ham with saute onion & bell pepper denver style - on top 1/2 of an 'everything' spiced hoagie roll (toasted.) Cold brew iced coffee black.

Scrambled egg woth tornchicken, cheddar & hot sauce on 1/2 everything seasoned bagel. XXl coffee with/tried chocolate almond milk. A large tangerine.

Half a plain bagel, 1 T chocolate walnut butter, and 37 g. banana. Fuel for my 15 mile bike ride this morning!
Later (ie, second breakfast) LG assam tea with 2 T half and half and an Atkins protein bar. And 4 small squares chocolate from Aldi, 100 cal. Total was 687 cal. Hey, it's Saturday.

mint tea, no sugar, cheese curd with Greek yogurt, chopped ham and spices. It’s a kcal friendly version of a traditional meal from my country, called “sir s vrhnjem”(cottage cheese with cream). Protein bomb and keto friendly

I figured out a genius hack yesterday: 3/4 cups each All-Bran buds and Cocoa Pebbles, topped with a cup of Dairygold reduced fat Fit milk. It really tastes decadent but has decent fiber and protein.
