I just don't want to go to the gym and people think that my workout makes no sense! Haha!
Who gives a flying *frog* about what others think at the gym? They don't know your goals, your training plan, your injuries, etc. It's great to ask for advice if you need it, but trying to find workouts to avoid looking stupid is just...🙄
